What Information Do We Collect?

OREL IT uses cookie technology solely for internal purposes only.

How do we use your information?

OREL IT uses information provided by you, including Personal Information, to provide the Services and for business purposes. This includes processing and fulfilling quote requests, customization requests, Newsletters, Sales follow-ups and Help Desk assistance on services.

If you apply for a job with us, the information you provide will be collected, processed and stored for recruitment purposes. Some of your information may be retained for a reasonable period of time in order to evaluate you for future positions.

Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, OREL IT will not disclose or otherwise make your Personal Information available to any third parties. We will not sell, rent, or share your Personal Information with any third-parties without your permission. Furthermore, OREL IT does not, under any circumstances, sell your information to a third party.

How do we protect your information?

We have a comprehensive, written information security program that includes industry standard, administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access. The following compliance frameworks have been implemented at our premise to ensure protection of data.

1. ISO/IEC 27001:2013 - OREL IT has implemented the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 - Information Security Management System (ISMS) that ensures security policies and processes are effective in mitigating identified risks.
2. ISO/IEC 27701:2019 - OREL IT has implemented the ISO/IEC 27701:2019 - Privacy Information Management System (PIMS) that ensures the protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in mitigating identified risks.
3. Thorough physical security measures have been implemented in our data centres to ensure physical protection for your data.

Should you wish to have your Personal Information corrected, updated, amended or removed, you can simply request this by contacting us at privacy@orelit.com You may deactivate our Services by contacting us via email if you no longer wish to use them. You may withdraw your consent to our processing of your Personal Information at any time by contacting via the contact information listed on the website, but this may result in us being unable to provide you with the Service. We will respond to your requests for changes to Personal Information or Service changes as promptly as possible but no later than 30 days after receiving your call or request.

How long we retain your information?

We retain your information for 11 months. We will keep and use your information as required in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreement. If you contact us and request to delete your information, we will do so within 30 days. Upon purging, such information will be completely removed from OREL IT backups after 4 weeks.

Meeting our legal and regulatory obligations

OREL IT may, where it concludes that it is legally obligated to do so, disclose personal data to law enforcement or other government authorities. OREL IT will notify customers of such requests unless prohibited by law.
